Tool Room

A complete in-house Tool room ensures that production dies can be properly maintained for optimum performance and long life. SSA offers in-house tool design and manufacture with all the necessary equipment to efficiently build and maintain your tooling.

We have 03 diecasting machines of capacity ranging from 180 Tons to 400 Tons as detailed below:

SSA has established relationships with qualified suppliers for powder coating, electro-static painting, anodizing, chrome plating, ball burnishing and Impregnation.

Warehousing

Today’s volatile business climate demands tighter inventory management while ensuring adequate stock to support unplanned business opportunities. SSA’s computerized production management system tracks customer orders from inception to completion and can provide real time order status information upon request.
